7 LESSONS LEARNED FROM CURRENT EXCHANGES - 1 - catalogues of subjects/courses conducted in English - English modules conducted for exchange students - strengthen cooperation between universities - classes for foreign Erasmus students - summer school / intensive course for students/cadets - visits of teachers and staff from foreign universities

8 LESSONS LEARNED FROM CURRENT EXCHANGES - 2 - improving communication in a foreign languages - respect for cultural, religion and race diversity - acceptance of other cultures - flexible approach to the recognition of the achievements - clear rules of recognition of achievements - work in international environments

9 LESSONS LEARNED FROM CURRENT EXCHANGES - 3 - increasing employability - raising the potential of educational and scientific institutions - new skills of students - the competence of graduates are higher - experience in international communication - opportunity to become independent - cooperation with international organizations

10 CONCLUSIONS FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2013/2014 - publish the offers at www.emilyo.eu.www.emilyo.eu - network/consortium of universities having EUC - signing bilateral agreements in freamework of Erasmus Programme - sharing international offers within the consortium - exchanges of students for minimum 3 months mobility - sending cadets for short courses - financing exchanges under LLP Erasmus regulations - preparation, cooperation and implementation short courses

12 RECOMMENDATIONS UNDER 2014 - continue cooperation within The Initiative e.g. new programme – ERASMUS PLUS or others - recognition of intensive course achievements to curricula - submission of proposals to realize intensive programs (IP) within EU budget - using mutuality regulations to cofinancing courses
