Bullying is about …. Being a Power player User or threat of use of force, physical, verbal or both Alienating / isolating My way or the highway Rigid / Narrow - One dimensional view Lacking empathy Self-serving EXAMPLES: pushing, shoving, tripping, poking, punching, tantrums, ignoring, talking behind back, left handed compliments, putdowns, name calling, internet abuse…. Lies, rumors, storytelling, isolation, threats, etc. Who are the bullies?

Label all behaviors, they aren’t always good. Don’t side with someone to protect yourself. Don’t talk about anyone who is not in the room. Own your own behavior. Take responsibility for your words and actions. Accept the responsibility of model and exemplar… you are what you do. Respect yourself. Do a hard thing every day.
