www.jpi-culturalheritage.eu 2nd Meeting Rome, 22nd March 2012 The Consortium Agreement says that (point 3.2.2.): “The JHEP Beneficiaries Committee shall validate or not proposals made by the Steering Committee on the following matters: ………… any re-orientation whenever necessary of the Project and modification of the Annex I of the Grant to be agreed by the EC; …….. “Subject to the cases set forth above expressly requiring a unanimous vote or a 2/3 vote, decisions by the JHEP Beneficiaries Committee shall be taken upon a majority of more than fifty per cent of the Beneficiaries present or represented.“

www.jpi-culturalheritage.eu What we do for amendment A formal request of amendment letter according to the guidelines: Coordinator's Justification letter +The original withdrawal letter from TUBITAK A new version of the DoW (Description of Work), in a track changes and clean version, with date of the new version stated on the cover page and on each page. A document explaining the re-distribution of tasks which were supposed to be performed by Tubitak and an overview of which partner will have to execute them. A document signed by the coordinator stating the pre-financing amount distributed to TUBITAK and the bank transfer proof.
