1. Recycling plant with a sorting line and area for temporary waste storage Project idea: utilization and processing of waste Place of realization: near treatment facilities of Tsyrypinsk estimated area of 25.0 hectares Total Project Cost : 4 mln. $ Expected result: waste utilization in Tsyrypinsk; Possibility of waste recycling from surrounding areas (The complex is designed for 60 thous. people.); Reducing the required areas for waste disposal landfills; Profit through sales of secondary raw materials and recycling sorted waste (metal, plastic, paper, building materials); Profit from sales of electricity that will be produced during the recycling. Current status of project implementation: approved a detailed plan of placing waste processing plant with a sorting line, a platform for temporary waste storage on a land plot near treatment facilities of Tsyrypinsk and granted permission to manufacture of land documents on transfer of land plots for permanent use. Received positive expert report of SE «Ukrderzhbudexpertysa» on the plant feasibility. Obtained an expert report of SE «Ukrderzhbudexpertysa» for construction of the first stage of waste recycling plant with comments, the main of which is the necessity of land allocation for the relevant construction In May, 2013. Last year in SE «Land Management Institute» was ordered the project of land documents for allotment of a land plot for construction of the plant, which is currently undergoing approval and examination. Payback period: First stage –construction of solid waste sorting complex. Second – commissioning of the waste recycling plant with a total capacity of 10 ths. tons / year, and related businesses in processing of secondary raw materials. According to calculations, under favorable conditions, investments will pay off on fifth - sixth year of the enterprise operation.
