4. Evolving Forum Structure Administrators are open to member feedback. Board structure changes as needed, such as:  New forum added for IBaan / OpenWorld  New forum for Performance and Tuning  New fields included in each posting include the poster’s Baan version, OS and database.

5. Going the Extra Mile – Moderators Baanboard uses moderators from within the Baan community. Each forum is assigned moderators that can (and do!) keep postings professional and organized. Moderators will actively try and connect questions with answers.

6. Beyond the Forums Baanboard users have formed a community that extends beyond the boards. Forum members meet at Baan conventions and user group meetings. Baanboard t-shirts and other official merchandise help members show their support through every layer of the Baan community.

8. Membership Growth Baanboard currently has nearly 3500 members in just 18 months. Membership is growing at a steady pace.

9. Baan and Baanboard Baanboard is not sponsored by Baan or Invensys. This allows for free discussion on all Baan topics, positive and negative. However, Baanboard does have an active relationship with Baan. Baanboard hosts an HTML version of the BaanERP help. This online document is kept current and includes a search engine.

10. Baan Company Feedback While no official relationship exists, Baan developers have praised Baanboard as the main and most important forum in the Baan community. Baan employees regularly read and post to the Baanboard forums.

Baanboard Future As Baanboard.com continues to grow, new methods of connecting the Baan online community are being introduced.  Offerings Listings section will provide descriptions of Third Party Products.  The Library section will contain additional on-line documentation  Baanboard Portal planned
