3. Introduction Frimexgulf is a website company based in Dubai, which has branches in many countries. It offers many products & services such as: –Portal development –Ecommerce –Technology services –Enterprise solutions –Application development

4. Problem Statement Users needed to constantly be in touch with each other whenever they travel abroad. Users in different branches couldn’t share files amongst each other They couldn’t transfer files using another website since it wouldn’t be secure Users couldn’t send reports, messages and files instantly every day. Another problem was the need for the information sent by each user to be secure and shut out from outsiders.

5. Recommendation of the new system A Database to keep all the details of friends in the friends’ network. An online application to keep track of all the users and messages sent to and from them to other members as well as file uploads. A user manual which will help the users understand the basic functions of the new system as well as to update the software for future usage. A test plan showing the major functions to be tested as well an overall system testing to ensure the software effectiveness.

6. System specification Develop an online application to meet the requirements of the new System. Develop a database using new technologies to handle all the data. Design methods on how to evaluate and test the final product handed in to the customers. Develop a full explained documentation to the user to describe the details of the new system software to be developed

8. Story Boarding This is the main page of the Friends Network website. All the Users of this website have to login in first to get access to the site. Those who are visiting the site for the first time they will have to click on the Sign Up Here link, fill a registration form and become a member.

Story Boarding After the login page and if the user has a valid username and password, he or she will be able to view their own profile, including their old and new messages as well as their files. The User can view the home page, inbox, his or her own files, send a message, search for files, view their messages or logout. These can be simple done by clicking on the menu buttons at the left side of the screen.

10. Conclusion The software application met the system specifications set out in the problem statement. The software was developed according to the methodology chosen which is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). The software was tested, implemented, and evaluated. This software is almost comparable to commercial alternatives since it identifies real life requirements.
