2 To change a fraction into a decimal, divide the bottom number into the top number. To change a percent to a decimal, move the decimal 2 places to the left. To change a decimal to a percent, move the decimal 2 places to the right. (add % sign) Notes/Homework: Section 1.3

3 To change a fraction to a percent, you must change the fraction to a decimal first and then change the decimal to a percent. Follow previous notes.
