Letter Expert
Your child will come home with a book bag, a large letter to decorate and a sentence from the story. Help your child read the sentence well, and find an object to send back that starts with the letter.

-Sorting by 2D, 3D shapes, size and color
-Reading a graph
-Patterns: noticing the repeating parts, creating them
-Position Words: top, bottom, middle, left, right
-Counting by 1’s, 2’s, 5’s and 10’s. Using the 100’s chart to predict what count comes next.
-Numeral Recognition and writing
-Use the calendar to answer… what was yesterday? Tomorrow? Today?
-Addition & subtraction
-Counting up to 20 objects & matching numeral to set.
