10. Goal 2: Medical Inventory Developed survey/process Interviews planned this spring with: – Lincoln Hospital – Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center – Odessa Rural Clinic – North Basin Medical Clinics

11. Goal 2: School Inventory Need to finalize list of schools that have NoaNet fiber – Harrington – Davenport – Others? Data gathering this spring

12. Goal 2: Telecom Provider Inventory Developed survey/process Interviews and requests for infrastructure information as well as LC PUD partnership opportunities – ongoing

13. Goal 3: Assessments Business assessment report submitted Community assessment – March 20 superintendents’ meeting – Options are superintendents, teachers and/or IT staff interviews

14. Goal 4: PUD Middle Mile Provider Completed interviews and submitted draft report Ongoing – final report will include assessment of information gathered in Goals 1-4 Final report due June 30, 2014
