4 Framing The Session First Time Log In to Activate Account Create a personal profile. Learn and use the basic email and personal account features of eChalk.

6 Teaching An eChalk profile page is a personal Web page provided for each faculty & staff member in your school. Enter a short biography and/or personal message in your profile to share with parents and your school community What is an eChalk Profile?

7 Teaching You can customize many aspects of your eChalk email account including auto- delete settings, auto-forwarding, a message signature, and auto-reply options. MY EMAIL > Options

8 Teaching The My Account>Files area is your online file storage space or, “digital locker.” It allows you to store application files, such as Microsoft Word documents, spreadsheets, or PowerPoint presentations. You can access your files from any computer that is connected to the Internet. My Account > Files

9 Teaching Have a favorite Website? Store that Website’s address (or “URL”) in eChalk. Your My Account>Bookmarks area allows you to keep those links in one place that you can access from any computer with access to the Internet My Account > Bookmarks

12 Getting Started Who is Torrance Robinson? Where can you find a description of your school’s eChalk email security policy? What button  tab sequence on the left toolbar would you select to view a copy of any email that has been sent from your account? Which button  tab sequence would you select to be able to automatically forward on all eChalk email messages to another email address? How many MBs of personal file storage space are yhou allotted? Where can you download eChalk reference materials?

13 Work Time Complete your short biography and/or personal message in your profile. Customize your eChalk email account. Utilize your file storage space by uploading your application files to My Account > Files. Store your Website’s address (or “URL”) in eChalk. Your My Account > Bookmarks.
