3 3 DFAC Manager Orientation and Training: Online Portal

4 4 DFAC Manager will have all of the privileges that a Training NCO is granted. In addition to these privileges, the DFAC Manager will also have the ability and responsibility to: Assign Soldier as a Training NCO Add new Training NCO to the portal Run reports that cover your program View and edit Soldier info in your program

5 5 Click on the sign in button

6 6 Enter your username and password and click on the sign in button ** Username and password will be provided by the system administrator** ***forgot or lost Password contact the system administrator for a new password***

7 7 List of all your Soldiers List of all your Soldiers and Training NCO To add a Training NCO click on the add new Chef icon

8 8 Input username Email address First name Last name For username use Training NCO rank underscore and last name no spaces

9 9 Email: use Training NCO AKO/ Enterprise email address For username use Training NCO rank underscore and last name NO SPACES Training NCO First name Last name Click the add icon to add the Training NCO Ensure you enter correct email address

10 10 Training NCO will receive email containing username and password ***If Training NCO receives no email containing username and password*** or forgets password contact your system administrator

11 11 Training NCO and Soldier will appear hear Click on the dropdown box by the Soldier name and assign Training NCO How to assign Solider to Training NCO

12 12 All Training NCO will be in the dropdown box Check the box to assign one or more Training NCO to Soldier Note: five is the maxima number of Training NCO assign to one Solider

13 13 Once you select your Training NCO click on the save icon

14 14 You will now see that it is saved and see all Training NCO that are attached You are also able to “allow public galleries” Note: by keeping this box unchecked no other outside agencies will be able to see your program

15 15 View Training NCO and Soldier Click on the dropdown box by the Soldier you want to remove or change a Training NCO Change or remove a Training NCO from Solider

16 16 All Training NCO will be in the dropdown box Check the box to remove or change one or more Training NCO from a Soldier

17 17 Once you select Training NCO then click on the save icon

18 18 You will now see that Training NCO has been saved Note: A Soldier can not log on to the portal or complete any updates if they are not assigned the Training NCO role

19 19 To view Soldier profile click on the profile icon

20 20 Soldier’s profile information will appear As Program Coordinator your name will appear

21 21 To view Soldier logbook click on the logbook icon

22 22 View, approve, delete and edit any Soldier logbook entries Click on the entry you wish to view

23 23 Click the post icon to add any comments Add comments To approve Soldier entry click on the approve entry icon

24 24 Soldier entry has now been approved

25 25 To edit your Soldier entry click on the edit entry icon Click the post icon to add comments Add any comments

26 26 Edit Soldier entry Once entry has been edited click on the submit Icon to save your changes

27 27 Click the post icon to add comments Add comments Indicates that the entry was edited

28 28 To delete Soldier entry click on the delete entry icon

29 29 Indicates that entry was deleted

30 30 To view Soldier ledger entry log click on the ledger entry log icon

31 31 View: Station, Date, Hours & Delete entry in Soldier ledger

32 32 To send Soldier a notification click on the send notification icon

33 33 To send a notification click on the station drop down box and pick which station you would like to discuss Enter your message in the message block and click the submit Icon

34 34 Click on the hybrid program interim credentials icon Review reports

35 35 View hybrid program Interim credentials for Soldiers

36 36 Click on the competency scores icon

37 37 View Soldiers Competency Scores

38 38 Click on the hour completion icon

39 39 View Soldier hours of completion

40 40 Click on the apprentice assignments icon

41 41 View your Soldier assignments

42 42 Click on the final evaluations icon

43 43 View final evaluation for Soldier To view the final evaluation click on the name of the Soldier you need to review

44 44 View the final evaluation of Soldier

45 45 Click on the station completion Icon

46 46 View Soldier station completion

47 47 Click on the chefs in the program icon

48 48 View all of the Training NCO in the program

49 49 Click on the Soldier logbook report icon
