Our Purpose To develop an acceptable tuna patty using garbanzo beans as a stuffer Each patty (after cooking) must weigh at least 115 grams or ¼ pound Tuna must make up at least 51% of the patty

Cooking Dried Garbanzo Beans Inspect for blemishes Soak for least 8 hours or overnight 2 methods: ◦ Boil for 1 ½ -2 hours ◦ 20-25 min in a pressure cooker Do not overcook
