Strategic Planning Is the set of actions and decisions made by management that lead to the development of specific strategies designed to help our department to achieve its goals and objectives

Strategic Management: a comprehensive and ongoing management process aimed at formulating and implementing effective strategies; it is a way of approaching opportunities and challenges Strategy: Strategy: a comprehensive plan for accomplishing our department goals.
