6 Developing new approaches We are working with pilot partners:  Barton Moss Secure Children’s Home  Downview Young Offender Institution  Hindley Young Offender Institution  Newbridge Foundation with Castington YOI to develop new approaches to supporting young mothers and fathers (under 18 year olds) in custody, linked with support for their parents/carers.
