How our reps get started Reps work on an appointment basis only. No door to door or telemarketing. 3 Things influence a reps schedule: 1.Availability to work at a pace to help design the life they desire. 2.Financial objectives being met or exceeded. 3.A work ethic attitude of “what I put in is what I will get out.”
