2. Who Am I? 學歷：國立台灣師範大學英語系、英語研究所畢 業； 經歷：曾任教於台北縣立海山國中 目前任教於國立新竹女中； 2004 年當選新竹市 power teacher; 2004 年獲選教育部中小學教師出國研習赴美進修 四個月，研究中小學網路英語教學； 2005 年於第二屆全國英文高中研討會發表 Ways to Teach Writing ；

4. Difficulties Students refuse to talk or barely talk. Some students do the talking all the time. Some students speak Chinese instead of English. Students pay no attention while other students are talking. There is not enough time for every group to present. It’s not easy to evaluate students’ performance in an objective way. It’s not easy to run activities smoothly.

5. How to get students talking Provide them with opportunities. Apply as many various activities as possible. Wait. Force them to speak. Give them rewards. Set time limit.
