Our Challenge To efficiently provide individualized feedback to our students that will promote their learning.

Our goal: Promote Student Learning Introduction of my goals in the course “Big picture” of what they will learn Course objectives, expectations & evaluation measures My goals for them, my role in their learning Students set personal goals “What do you want to learn today?” What can I do to facilitate that make that happen? Long-term goals: course or career Short-term goals: 1-4 week increments We both regularly reflect on their progress Course goals Personal goals Set new goals, continually moving ahead.
