Consider your Interests ZIs there an activity that you always wanted to do or really enjoy? ZDon’t avoid it if it doesn’t match your fitness profile. ZFind an activity that is fun.

Consider an Activity that you can do with others. ZFind others that are the same ability level so you don’t get discouraged. ZWorking out and training with others is a great way to stay motivated.

Consider the Benefits of the Activity ZTry to select activities from each area of the Activity Pyramid.

Practice,Practice,Practice ZBecoming skilled in a sport or activity will increase your enjoyment. ZTaking lessons in a sport or activity will help your practice be more productive.

Consider Activities that do not Require High level of Skill ZLifestyle and Aerobic activities generally require fewer skills then sports. ZWalking, Jogging and Cycling are a few of these types of activities.
