Consortium has invested in you and your institution in offering training Good training and capacity building practice shows that training and professional development doesn’t just occur within the 3-4 days of the workshop. Follow on actions are essential to ensure participants are able to put skills, knowledge and ideas into practice and make a tangible, and timely contribution to improved services to users/institutions. Expect to spend 1-2 days on a follow on activity. This should be something you are doing as part of your everyday job 20/10/20158
