Why: The money raised will go towards funding Childreach International’s projects around the world Fundraising target: £1200 My challenge event: Atlas Ascent! Did you know? In the winter months, it’s possible to ski on the mountain! A very snowy mountain for such a hot country!

With the Sahara Desert and the Atlas Mountains, there’s plenty of crazy weather! Language: Arabic (official), Berber dialects, and French! Flag Currency: Moroccan Dirham (1 Dirham=0.07 British Pounds) Morocco has both a ruling King (Mohammed VI) and Prime Minister who form the parliamentary constitutional monarchy!
