OPBA will: - Create/maintain healthy rangelands

OPBA will: - Improve forage production/quality for livestock

OPBA will: - Improve habitat quality/abundance for wildlife

OPBA will: - Reduce the spread/abundance of eastern red-cedar

Sericea lespedeza -GSRxF – better than DSRxF -GSRxF/Grazing – Reduced from ~10% to ~3% & increased from ~10% to ~30% -GSRxF & spray – some work but inconclusive

Yellow Bluestem -DSRxF – no effect -GSRxF – temp. set back -GSRxF & low soil moisture – set back 1 – 2 yrs. (TX) -GS wildfire in drought?

Bromes -Cheatgrass – Bromus tectorum -Field Brome – bromus arvensis -Both respond to disturbances Bromus tectorum

OPBA will: - Reduce fuel accumulation to help mitigate the frequency/intensity of wildfire
