Mock Logbook This mock logbook was produced at the request of internal verifiers at City of Westminster College. SCST felt it might be useful to publish it on the website. It has been produced by Chris Burke with grateful thanks to Gretta Borthwick and Jo Nemes for their invaluable input.

Record of Clinical Practice The RCP is presented to SCST in 2 parts: Part I is presented toward the end of year 2 of the programme Part II is presented toward the end of year 4 of the programme

Internal Verification This process provides the monitoring of quality of work-based assessment IVs visit a minimum of twice a year Any documentary evidence of these visits MUST be included in the logbook
