1. My Memoire I went to a party last Saturday it was a birthday party and it was at the Wy-Yung Pub there were about 12 people there. While we were there we breathed in helium from balloons and said things because our voices sounded funny. There was a fire inside so it was warm and comfortable. There were lots of people that I knew there. Mitch wasn’t there. He wasn’t invited. It was extremely fun, my friends were all hyperactive and we were all really really loud. There were fantabulous glow sticks everywhere we all had heaps of fun it was an awesomely awesome party. There were mainly girls there because it was a girl’s birthday but there were 3 guys there including me so I hung out with them for most of the night.

2. I went to Somers camp when I was in grade 5 only a selected few get to go there from each school. There are many activities that you can do there and you get assigned to a group and you do your activities with that group. It was all going pretty well but then someone got sick which lead to another being sick which lead to another…etc. So eventually we had an epidemic, everyone was throwing up and everyone got sent home early for the first time in over a hundred years of the camp. It was fun anyway because I met heaps of friends there, which I have met again at this school. It was fun anyway because of all the activities we did there despite the horrible weather.

3. I went to a concert at Snap Alley behind Safeway in the dark alley. It was a metal concert and there were a couple of bands appearing there, including The Trash-Queens and Mount Bloodkill. I knew a lot of he people there, there were over one hundred people there even though it was a miniscule room for a concert. Everyone was head-banging but it was a bit heavy for some people so they left. All-in-all it was an extremely good concert and everyone had fun.

4. I went to Malaysia a few years ago with my mother although it seems like ages ago now. We first stayed at a resort called Berringis. The weather was humid for most of the trip it was all extremely fun and was a fantastic experience. One of the only things I remember though was a large butter-yellow butterfly flying right past my face on the first day I was there, and I thought ‘Wow, that butterfly is bigger than a bird’. Then with all the good timing in the world a bird the size of my thumb went past.

5. Occasionally I go fishing with my uncle at our secret spot. I remember that one morning we went there it was a brisk day, and it was very early. We were there for about ten minutes when I got a tug on my line. After I reeled it in we realised it was an eel. After that we caught 3 more eels and two yellow- eyed mullet. My uncle went to the ute and left his fishing rod sitting on his chair with the line still in the water I was right next to his chair. I was sitting minding my own business when his rod got yanked suddenly from his chair I acted quickly and grabbed it while it was in the air, I called my uncle back by the time he got back I was reeling in a 39 centimetre bream. I have never let him forget that day.
