1. Major Depression in Teenagers

2. Rationale  Nowadays, Teenagers’ Major Depression is part of big issue nowadays society.  Many reasons make them to lead this problem : Ex ) Parents divorce, School violence, Stress from studies, relationship with opposite sexes.  People need to know how serious and scary does major depression affect the teenagers.

3. Methodology  Do survey for high school students in school about experience of major depression. It will be good if the parents and teachers also participate the survey.  According to OECD, South Korea ranked the first place of suicide rates and Hungary followed after. It was mostly caused by major depression. Teenagers in Korea had first place out of all the generations.

4. Literature Review  There are many documentaries or videos and documents about this topic around the world.  “Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul on TOUGH STUFF” Jack Canfield, Mark Victor Hansen, and Kimberly Kirberger in 2001, one of book series of teenagers. They talk about how does teenagers dealing with hard stuffs such as drugs, alcohols, major depression and suicide.
