3. Tasks Prepare an oral presentation for the class, to include the use of appropriate visual aids. The presentation should include the following: Summarize without-project conditions problems and opportunities. Quantify affected resources (i.e., location and magnitude). Identify the major underlying assumptions. Statements of planning objectives. List of planning constraints. Indicate who (i.e.; Corps, other Federal agency, non- Federal interests) has responsibility for addressing each problem identified.
