Subdivision regulations. Hazard Mitigation. Rental Registration. Public Nuisances. Abandoned/Inoperable Vehicles* *In collaboration with City of Roxboro Police Department Building Condemnation, Minimum Housing Code Enforcement* * **In collaboration with Person County Inspection Department

Assist/Promote Neighborhood Preservation & Revitalization Efforts through: Partnership Development & Retention Grant Dev., Admin. & Implementation Code Enforcement Participation in Community & Neighborhood Watch Meetings RDG Board & Design Committee Volunteerism

16 Strategic Plan Goals – Ongoing Enhance Housing Stock/Beatification Efforts Objective: Provide a safe, viable and inviting City for new and existing residents.  Neighborhoods are the heart and soul, building blocks, of safe and viable communit y.  Unhealthy neighborhoods compromise our sense of community, challenge our personal safety, personal freedom of neighborhood residents are restricted, and public resources are consumed.
