2 PILATES INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED TEASER By using the core to pull the body into a teaser position from a supine position the teaser will be more challenging than if performed with the legs starting in a “table top” position (knees bent at 90*).

3 ADDING PROPS With Props such as an elastic band, small ball, or piates circle the teaser can also be made more challenging  Simply holding a prop at the ankles or hands automatically requires more control I will use the Pilates circle to hold the teaser position while moving my legs into and out of the circle  This variation is extremely difficult as my body shakes trying to keep proper form  Ideally if this is performed correctly then the body should also move in sync while lying back down
