PILATES INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED TEASER By using the core to pull the body into a teaser position from a supine position the teaser will be more challenging than if performed with the legs starting in a “table top” position (knees bent at 90*).

ADDING PROPS With Props such as an elastic band, small ball, or piates circle the teaser can also be made more challenging Simply holding a prop at the ankles or hands automatically requires more control I will use the Pilates circle to hold the teaser position while moving my legs into and out of the circle This variation is extremely difficult as my body shakes trying to keep proper form Ideally if this is performed correctly then the body should also move in sync while lying back down
