Speaker:Roger Van den Bergh Consortium: EMLE Legal, technical and content constraints to implement a pan-European curriculum Legal constraints - Requirement of legally recognised degrees - Problem of multiple accreditation - Disharmony between EM rules and accreditation rules Technical constraints - High administrative worklaod (large overhead costs) - Organisation of mobility flows (visa, accommodation) Content constraints - Impossible to discuss in detail 27 European legal systems and an even higher number of non-European legal systems; need to focus on broad principles
