5.  The indefinite article A is used before a CONSONANT SOUND. EX: a class, a textbook  The indefinite article AN is used before a VOWEL SOUND. EX: an elephant, an idea

6. A Proper Adjective is a proper noun (a specific person, place, or thing) used as an adjective. EX: The Mexican Embassy is in Washington D.C. EX: English settlers introduced the game to their colonies.

7. Personal Pronouns can be used as adjectives if they modify a noun. My, your, his, her, its, our, their EX: Our cat is in their yard. EX: My class behaves very well.

8. The demonstrative pronouns, this, that, these, and those, can be adjectives if they modify a noun. EX: This class is my favorite.

9. 1. Computer games are played in many homes. 2. These games fill store shelves. 3. The first games were simple. 4. Then, game technology advanced. 5. There are learning, adventure, and sports games.
