„I’m fat.“ This says almost everyone. We have a few tips to help you stop saying this and thinking it. Healthy lifestyle guarantee s us healthy body and also psychological well-being. Not only after Christmas it is important to live healthy.

We have prepared for you some recipes.

We need: 400 g balls of grapes, 200 g peaches, 200g pears, 100 g strawberries, 450 ml cider, sugar Wash grapes, peel and slice peaches into small pieces. Put washed and sliced fruit in a bowl, pour cider, sweeten to taste and mix well. Serve well chilled.

-Whisk egg yolks and 1.5 dl wine above steam in a thick sauce. Shake melted butter, lemon juice and color turmeric. Put it from the stove and let it cool. Fry portion of salmon from both sides. -Add the rest of the wine and simmer about 7 minutes. Divide the sauce on plates, add salmon, drained asparagus and garnish with a slice of lemon. Serve with baked potatoes.

We need: 1 piece of ginger, 1 large mango, 1 pineapple, 2 passion fruit, a few drops of lime juice, 100 ml coconut milk, about 500 ml of water Procedure: Peel mango and pineapple and slice them into pieces. Place in a blender, add the pulp passion fruit, ginger, lime juice and coconut milk and blend it. If necessary, dilute with water.
