20 PEBB Meeting - August 6, 200220 Out-of-State Care: Current Benefits Providence Preferred network in parts of Oregon (most Oregon claims) Elsewhere: Services are covered at 80% of the UMP allowed charge (based on regionally-adjusted fees) Providers may balance bill patients for charges above the UMP allowed amount Enrollees pay 20% coinsurance for preventive care services
