Even such small interactions with Nature can have a calming effect, cherish it. For, as Aristotle says, ”In all things of Nature there is something of the marvelous.” Job Pressures? Crying Kids? Not Enough Sleep? Not Enough Money? Disappointments? Setbacks? Need a Good Cry? Just have the blahs? GO TAKE A WALK IN THE GARDEN!
