6 The basics (once you have a group): BEFORE PROGRAM: ●Find a short story that you can read in 10-30 minutes, and practice reading it. ●Develop questions to encourage conversation DURING THE PROGRAM: ●Read the story to group (aloud) - giving everyone a copy of the story so they can follow along. ●Discuss the story
