4. Thesis StatementThesis Statement  Between the years of 1970-1990 the increase rates of sexual abuse by priests with young children ran high and embarrassed the church, leaving it with a stigma of having child-molesting priests amongst clergy.

10. Conclusion  Many priest do not get a hard enough punishment for breaking so many laws. Many innocent people are scared and scarred. In Many countries they are now speaking out and starting a new life. A life they will not regret.  Many priest who had sexually abused children or just people all together still works in churches.  I feel like many priest do not want their homosexuality to be known so they prefer to go after young people so they can not tell.
