© Roke Manor Research Limited 2004 Version 3 Meeting Dates and Times 9:30am meeting start each day 5:00pm meeting finish Tuesday, Wednesday 12:30pm, 1? 2? 3? finish Thursday You can stay for lunch if you want We have the room available all day Lunch: 12:30pm – 1:30pm (at the latest) each day in the “staff restaurant” (canteen) Get a ticket from me People may join by phone Tuesday, Wednesday afternoon

© Roke Manor Research Limited 2004 Version 3 Meeting Rooms This room each day We also have 2 rooms for side meetings Faraday (next door) Franklin (upstairs) Coffee etc. will arrive at regular intervals You can leave things here safely during the day but not overnight Ask me or Andy or reception about facilities

But try not to wander off too far Please leave your badge at the desk at the end of the day (pick it up again in the morning) If the fire alarm goes off, gather out the front (with the cars) The sound is obvious (you can’t hear anyone speak during it)

© Roke Manor Research Limited 2004 Version 3 Transport We will provide transport Monday PM, Tuesday, and Wednesday AM between RMR and the hotels We’d like to work out how many taxis we need by lunchtime (given that some people have cars) Please make sure you know how you are getting to the airport/whatever on Thursday We may still be able to arrange transfers or you may be able to negotiate sharing

© Roke Manor Research Limited 2004 Version 3 Evenings Monday evening: Go mad in Romsey Andy has a map with some recommendations Tuesday evening: You are invited to an evening out at the “Mill Arms” in Dunbridge Classic English pub with food and strange indoor games You have to buy your own beer, we will provide everything else We’ll assume you are coming unless you tell us otherwise!
