Develop small smart computer with low power technology. Use soft core FPGA with integrated processor to make smaller electronic devices. Use of microcontroller technology to develop robotic “brains” for autonomous and remote controlled robots. We engineer, design, layout, and manufacture our own circuit boards. We also develop our own software for our sensors and other computers.

Sponsored by the Huntsville Advanced Defense Technology Cluster Initiative (HADTCI)STTRsummit.vcsi.org | sttrsummit@vcsi.org Examples of our Existing Smart Sensors Both the SDS-22C and USM11A are small highly versatile computers that can be used for multiple application. – USM 11A is currently used in two different applications: As an Under Speed Monitor for the Textile Industry in the Jet Dyeing machine Part of a Building Management System for a Dental Clinic – USM 11A has the potential to be used in multiple application because of its flexibility. – In most cases only the software has to change. – Potential Examples: I/O controller, Smart Power Supply Controller, valve controller, and etc. Our newest SDS22C is based on our USM11A technology, with software changes and hardware changes to use a hall effect sensor to detect a magnet for seam counting.
