Challenges – Hardware delay Hardware for the servers arrived after 4 weeks in the implementation period Solution Install services on normal workstation and then copy the configuration files to the actual server when they arrived Challenges Encountered… NUOL Internet Application Services

Challenges – Hardware delay Concerning the File Server High End Server ordered Delivery time Last day in the afternoon No time to configure the service on the newly arrived server Solution Lao Team members have the proper knowledge and documentation to copy the configurations to the new Server. Challenges – Incorrect Hardware Dail-up Vendor supplied a router with a digital dial-up solution when an analog was needed and asked for! Solution After long discussions the team ordered the analog module which arrived 3 days before departure After working till 23:00 on the last workday, the Dial- up Service finally was launched and properly tested Challenges Encountered… NUOL Internet Application Services
