15 Proposal 2 By asking for both proposals at the same time: – Should only Proposal 2 pass at this time, the Proposal 1 projects will most likely cost more. – Passing Proposal 1 at a later date will alter the long-term campus planning. – If only Proposal 2 passes, homeowners will not see a tax increase. This is due to how the bonds are structured and debt that is retiring.
