2. Aim of the Asian Women’s Training Project The aim is to engage Asian Women who face significant educational, linguistic and cultural barriers to learning in training which will lead to greater skills and employment opportunities.

6. Partnership with schools Schools have been used to deliver courses in the first instance – they provide a place that parents are familiar with and they offer a sense of security when beginning new challenges such as undertaking training
