Establish National Steering Committee Objective of the National Steering Committee: to guide the development and implementation of the country project Who comprises a National Steering Committee? Representatives from various government ministries, international organizations, private sector, labour groups, civil society, etc. What does the National Steering Committee do? Identify the main issues to address in the project, define methodologies, provide guidance, etc. What are the main challenges? Securing and maintaining the active engagement of the members

National Launch Workshop Objective of the National Workshop: to launch the project and present the objectives and activities to all stakeholders Who should attend the National Workshop? Government ministries, national institutions, NGOs, marginalized groups and indigenous communties, etc. What should the National Workshop achieve? Provide an opportunity to refine project objectives, output, timeframes and responsibilities of main stakeholders involved

Organise National Workshops to Review Progress Objective of subsequent National Workshops: to discuss project implementation, disseminate project results and ensure active participation of relevant stakeholders

Prepare Country Project Report Objective of the Country Project Report: to provide a description of the process and methodology(ies) used in the IA, the main stakeholders involved and their participation, the findings and results of the IA, and the national policy responses developed

National Workshop to Launch Country Project Report Objective of the National Workshop: to disseminate findings of the report to as many national stakeholders as possible and to prepare them for the implementation process
