How it works Exfoliated clay is added to a liquid polymer that lines the inside of the ball The clay plates overlap each other in a parallel manner Since the plates over lap each other the air must travel through many layers to escape the inside bladder Therefore the air stays inside the ball better

Why it’s nano The nano coating is a second core on the inside of the tennis ball that is sprayed or rolled onto the rubber It is made up of overlapping exfoliated clay plates These plates are approximately 1 nanometer thick

Benefits of the ball They do not fuzz up quickly Most balls last a set and a half Wilson’s Double Core balls will last 3 sets Environmental Considerations
