Why compensation? To reward employees’ past performance, To remain competitive in the labor market, To maintain salary equity among employees, To motivate employees’ future performance, To maintain the budget, To attract new employees, To reduce unnecessary turnover.

Compensation policies Pay equity : Equity between compensation and performance, Pay Expectancy: Employees know that good performance will be valued by the company, Follow the Fair Labor Standards Act, Compensations based on the living cost, Compensations adjustments depending on inflation.

Top management in HQ Salary: 150 000€ Commissions:0% Benefits: Car, travel expenses, expenses account, share options Bonus: To be negotiated with CEO

National directors Salary: 75 000€ (transfer to local living cost) Commissions: 0,5%-1% of profit Benefits: Car, travel expenses, expenses account, share options Bonus: To be negotiated with CEO

Middle management Salary: 75 000€ Commissions: 0€ Benefits: travel expenses, expenses account Bonus: To be negotiated with National Directors

Facility Managers Salary: 75 000€ Commissions: 2-5% of profit of his real estate Benefits: Car Bonus: To be negotiated with National Directors
