Minneapolis Healthy Living Initiative Comprehensive, 14-project initiative to reduce obesity, tobacco use, and the chronic diseases they cause (examples: diabetes, heart disease, asthma) Focused on achieving health equity; targeted to specific communities Focused on policy, systems and environmental approaches
