7. What KENIC does! maintain the Registry System, Database and.KE root server respond to customer enquiries (registrars and domain name owners) regarding the.KE name space. What the Registrars do! ….usually ISP’s and who are close to the customers, deal with the actual registration of the domain names.

11. DNS Service… Authoritative name servers System requires that you define at least two Name Servers for each domain name that you want to register (Master, Slave).. DNS Software used Depends on the Registrar and persons providing the Name Servers but mostly BIND..
