Trauma, Stroke and STEMI programs are growing to improve patient outcomes.  Additional trauma centers designated  Trauma rule rewritten to comply with American College of Surgeon standards  Stroke program is moving forward  The number of Always Ready for Kids (ARK) recognized facilities has increased  The EMSC program has become a model to other states  EMSC is increasing training and equipment to providers 8
