4. “Polvani Bell” At the end of the Congress, Mr Polvani, chairman of the congress, presented the bell to IRPA Pro Tempore President to be used at the opening and closure sessions of the following IRPA Congresses. The “Polvani bell” was bought in a specialised shop for church articles in Rome by Mrs Lia Forti, Mr Polvani secretary.
