2 What Is Physical Abuse?  Physical abuse is an act of another person causing harm to another person.  I.E. punching, pinching, smacking..

3 What Can Cause Physical Abuse?  A majority of time, fighting causes physical abuse. Which leads to people getting cut, bruised real bad, smacked, etc.

4 Why Do People Physically Abuse Others?  Discoveries say that, people abuse others because of a bad family history, or family problems.  They themselves might have got abused when they were younger, causing them to believe it’s right and abuse their spouse.

5 What Do You Do If You’re Every Physically Abused?  If you are ever abused, you need to tell someone. You should report it, and tell someone you trust. Whether it be a teacher, parent, or a friend. You need to tell someone.

8 Why Does Child Abuse Happen?  Isolation and lack of support  Stress  Unrealistic expectations  Lack of parenting skills  Drug and alcohol problems  Low self esteem and self confidence  Poor childhood experiences

9 What Are We Doing About People Being Abused?  If youre the one being abused, you can talk to someone and get help. The person being abused can’t do much.. The person abusing you, or anyone might have mental issues, or saw it as a kid growing up and thought it was the right thing to do.

10 What Should You Do If You're Ever Abused?  If you are ever abused, you need to tell someone as soon as it happens. It can be a mom, dad, friend, anyone that will listen and take care of the situation.
