3. V-Process Line V-Processor Shot Blast 최상의 표면처리 !! 최상의 품질 !! 1. Pattern Pattern Plate is placed on the suction box. Vent holes are made through pattern to the cavity of suction box. 2. Film Heating Thin(0.06-0.125mm) EVA film with high elongation and plastic deformation ability is heated and softened by heater. 3. Film Forming Softened plastic film is drawn tightly around the pattern by suction applied through vent holes. 4. Mold Washing Mold coating (refractory filler solvent) is sprayed on the film. 5. Flask Setting Flask is placed on to the film – covered pattern. Flask walls have suction chambers with suction filter pipes connected to them. 6. Sand Filling Flask is filled with fineness – controlled, dried and unbonded sand. Slight vibration compacts sand. Then back of the mold is scrapped. 7. Film Sealing Back of the mold is covered with unheated thin (0.02~0.05mm) PE film 8. Pattern Striping Suction is applied into the flask. Then atmospheric pressure hardens the mold. When the mold is stripping from the pattern, suction is released by air-introducing into the chamber of suction box. 9. Pouring Cope and drag molds are assembled together. During pouring, the mold is kept under suction. 10. Releasing The molding sand flows away from the casting easily when suction is released. Return sand is cooled for reuse.
