Achievements 96% of schools in Hounslow are HS National Programme has ended & today local programme launch Over three-quarters of schools participated in enhanced training HS Partnership in place

Healthy Schools Partnership Aims to enhance the health and wellbeing within schools across LBH, focusing on improved outcomes Provides a network of LBH experts and professionals who can advise on healthy schools Provides support to schools where the need has been identified Monitors the impact of interventions/activities related to health and wellbeing priorities and share success stories Provides effective collaboration between schools through the sharing of best HS practice and advice Provides opportunities for professional development through linking with other partnership schools and collaborating effectively together Evaluation sheet
