8. Summer Residential Governor's Program (SRGS) All gifted students in 10th and 11th grade can apply All gifted students in 10th and 11th grade can apply for this summer experience. Programs are located at various college campuses throughout Virginia. There are three programs: Performing Arts, Academic, and Mentorships.
